Should I donate my baby's cord blood?
I tend to think donation makes more sense than storage because researchers are still in the process of studying the whole concept of cord blood and stem cells. Also, storage is expensive. What does anybody think?

- if it can be donated then donate it i didnt store my childrens due to the fact its far to expensive and far to new to risk spending such a large amount of money for something that might be a disappointment in the future
- I didn't know you could donate cord blood, but it makes sense for research. If you are not going to store it, I think it would be a great idea! Afterall, it is going to be disposed of anyway. If it could help researchers, then you child may benefit from it anyway when he/she is older. I think it's a fantastic thing to do!
- I say yes.If it can save one life it is worth it!
