i am 37wks pregnant and have applied for cord blood storage with cryobanks international india.?

i am 37 wks pregnant and have applied for cord blood storage with cryobanks international india. i have already received the storage kit with the instructions. can anybody tell me at what temperaature to store the gel packs provided along with it. its not specified clearly in the instruction manual. please reply soon.

1. call the company....I would only trust what they say because if it is wrong it could affect the viability of the cord blood.
